Called To Be Mom is a group that offers support in the ministry of motherhood. We meet on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30 A.M in the Recreation Room of the 2-story building. Come for fellowship with other mothers who have children of all ages. We socialize, read scripture, pray, listen to great speakers, and discuss issues relevant to raising Christian kids. Child care is provided for a small nursery fee of $3/child. (There is financial assistance for those in need.) Babies may stay in our meetings.

In addition to our weekly meetings, we offer:

Meals for Members in Need

A Prayer Chain through our Email Network

Fun Scrapbooking Nights

A Monthly Mother’s Night Out

Couples’ Nights

Group Service Projects

Family Picnic and May Day Crowning

All Saints Day Children’s Program

Play Groups

A “Traveling” Marian Devotional for our Children

Christian Lessons for our Children in the Nursery

Our mission is to provide the mothers within our parish a group that supports the ministry and vocation of motherhood and the foundation of family by strengthening faith and spirit through the exploration of scripture and Catholic teachings, the development of positive parenting ideals, and fostering open discussions grounded in strong Catholic values.

Through sharing, fellowship, and fun we can enrich our families in our Catholic Faith and create and strengthen friendships with women who share our joys and struggles.
