Faith Formation Registration Information
Registration Forms for Faith Formation are available by contacting the
Faith Formation office at 281-578-8271 or sending an email via the contact link on the left.
The family must be registered as parishioners of Epiphany of the Lord Catholic
Community to register for our faith formation sessions.
Late Registration will begin on July 1, 2008 and continue through August 29, 2008. A $10 per family late fee will be requested. The late fee does not apply to families who are new to the parish or who have never had children enrolled in Epiphany's Faith Formation Program.
Registration will re-open on September 8, 2008 and student will placed at that time on a space available basis.

Volunteer Information
VOLUNTEERS must be VIRTUS trained. VIRTUS is a three hour session on "Protecting God's Children" which is required of all volunteers age 16 and over who work with children in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
