Reconciliation and Eucharist Sacrament Preparation Meetings
Is your child ready . . . to begin preparation to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion?
Registration and preparation does not take place in parish Faith Formation Classes or in the Catholic Schools.
Attendance at a Parent Sacrament Meeting is the only way to begin your student's Sacrament Preparation process.
At least one Catholic parent MUST attend one of the three PARENT ONLY MEETINGS to begin the Sacrament Preparation process. Complete the sacrament registration paperwork in advance by contacting 832-772-0285.
PARENT SACRAMENT MEETINGS for 2020-2021 are in the information sheet below...
As a reminder the requirements to begin the sacramental preparation process are:
The 2020 / 2021 preparation is for students in grades 2-12 (at least seven years old) who are currently enrolled and have attended a Faith Formation program or Catholic school during the previous 2019 / 2020 year.
Bring a copy of your child’s baptism certificate to the parent sacrament meeting if you have not already provided a copy to our office. We must have student's baptism certificate in our office for the student to begin sacrament preparation.
Families must attend weekly Mass to give integrity to this sacrament preparation process.
